Medusa Sportfishing

Your journey will start in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii where you'll meet Captain Lance Gelman, a friendly and seasoned angler who'll take you offshore to catch a number of prized species. Join him and have a memorable fishing experience on the sea!

You'll fish from a 38' Ocean offshore sport fishing boat that's powered by twin 375 HP Caterpillar engines and can sit up to 6 guests. It uses modern navigation technology, outriggers, tuna tubes, as well as a fighting chair, and the facilities include a kitchen, toilet, and flying bridge. There will also be an ice-box to store your fish and drinks and a first mate will be present throughout the trip.

You'll have the chance to target Tuna, Marlin, Spearfish, Wahoo, as well as Mahi Mahi, and the way you'll catch them is trolling on heavy tackle. You can keep all the fish you catch and take it home but you can also return it to the water. Feel free to make things even more fun by bringing kids on your trip.

Captain Lance will provide you with all the tackle, lures, and fishing licenses, so yours is just to bring your favorite food and drinks before you depart.
