Double A Charters welcomes you to a fun and pleasant fishing experience in Orange Beach, Alabama. Come join Captain Tom Myers and have a great time on the water as you fish the area’s inshore and nearshore grounds but also its flats, reefs, and wrecks which will all offer you plenty to catch. The captain knows the best spots and is eager to make your trip the best possible, so pick your date and have a great fishing time with Double A Charters!
Your trip will start on a 21’ Sea Pro center console that can accommodate up to 4 anglers. It runs on a 140 HP Suzuki engine with a maximum cruising speed of 35 knots, uses GPS, a radio as well as a fishfinder system for navigation, and has got a livewell to supply live bait.
Some of the many species you can target include King and Spanish Mackerel, Red Snapper, Flounder, Spotted Seatrout, Tripletail, and Sheepshead. You’ll catch them by bottom fishing and spinning on light tackle and you can keep all the fish you reel in if you want to! Also, you’re free to bring kids on your trip and it’ll be even more fun!
As for the things you’ll need for the trip, you should only bring your favorite snacks and drinks. The captain will take care of the fishing gear, bait, and licenses, and will also clean and fillet your catch for free!

Awesome Charter
My brother and I grew up fishing fresh water and are no strangers to skill when it comes to catching fish. BUT we are not familiar with salt water techniques. This charter is familiar with them and he knows where the fish are.. very informative about everything. Where the fish are, how to work the bait, what to do after the bite, and what not to do. This captain is very friendly and knowledgeable about this area. Ladies and gentlemen, I highly recommend this man. We were able to hook the biggest fish I’ve ever drug into the boat, (king Mak) half of the body sticking out of the cooler. Had a great time and thank you Captain!

Captain Tom communicated very well with us before the trip answering any questions we had. It was a cool windy morning but he got us on some fish. Caught Reds,flounder and snapper. It was a very fun trip and good conversations with the Captain.

I’ve had guides in Kona, Cabo (3x), Port Aransas and central Tx (multiple freshwater), Capt. Tom is a top tier guide! He knows seasonal species migration patterns, feeding habits & baits + what you’ll feel on the rod when a specific species bites. Full service guide took us to many spots where we got “fish on”! He helped my son a lot and my Wife (who doesn’t like to fish) said he was awesome too. Recommend highly ! Will use him again … Thanks again Captain Tom !

Double A lives up to it’s name
Captain Tom was fantastic! I’m not a saltwater fisherman but I fully believe he did all he could to make sure we had great day! We didn’t get many keepers due to season and bag limits but caught plenty of fish. He did everything he could do to keep us on fish and having a great time! I will definitely being seeing Double A charters my next trip to Orange Beach.
