Pouring down rain and me and my crew said we’re here so let’s go! Captain Kenny was all in and warned us about the possible lack of catching fish due to the thunderstorm that was currently in effect. We waited until he felt it was safe to hit the water, from lightning strikes, not rain, then off we went. Not gonna lie, absolutely miserable 3/4 of the trip due to pouring rain, but I’ve never had a guide take the time to coach my boys on how to react to what we’re fishing for and work so hard to put us on fish. Catching the fish as expected didn’t go down the way we had hoped but it wasn’t for Kenny, damn Texas gulf weather. We caught quite a bit of fish during the half day trip, in the wind and rain, but ended up with 5 keepers. Don’t let the keeper count fool you, I’ve never had a guide like Kenny and will never need to search for another. He’s TOP TIER and the most knowledgeable I’ve come across. For his hard work, knowledge and character, he has me and my crew as clients for as long as we’re fishing. Thanks Kenny, see you soon and will definitely promote your services!!

We had a great time fishing with Captain Kenny! He was everywhere at once baiting hooks, casting lines, netting the fish we caught, and doing anything that needed to be done. We wholeheartedly recommend Captain Kenny for your fishing charters. We already recommended him to a couple we tallked to while having lunch at Dorado’s. Captain Kenny was absolutely spectacular. Definitely 5 stars, 10 out of 10, however you want to rate it.

Captain Kenny was great.
We fished with him on a very hot summer morning. Although we did not catch as many fish/keepers as we would have liked, everyone caught multiple fish and had a great time.
Capt. Kenny tried very hard to put on fish, and we moved multiple times to try and find more fish, but they just weren’t cooperating. But that’s fishing!
He was knowledgeable and very helpful with my mostly novice family.
And very helpful with my mobility issues. I would gladly use him again.

Capt Kenny made it happen. It’s called “fishing”, not “catching”. The morning was slow for Trout but Kenny quickly relocated us to some hot spots for black drum and they were plentiful. The kids were loving it, and Kenny was more than accommodating to them. After we smacked the black drums, he put us on some LARGE red fish. He located us a 35+ lb’er, and boy, was that a fight! We booked a 5 hour bay trip, and will absolutely be using Kramer Fishing Charters again!
