Come to Port Aransas, Texas, and visit Captain James Regini Fishing Guide Service for a relaxing and fun fishing trip! Captain James is a cordial and skilled angler who’ll see that you have a great time on the water and return home with a respectable catch. Join him on the inshore waters around Port Aransas and have a memorable fishing experience you’ll certainly wish to relive!
You’ll fish from a 24’ El Pescador bay boat that can sit up to 4 anglers and runs on a 250 Evinrude engine. It uses modern GPS technology as well as a radar for effective navigation and is equipped with a livewell to supply you with live bait.
The species you can target include Spotted Seatrout, Flounder, Sheepshead, and Redfish. You and Captain James will try to catch them using light tackle and you’re free to keep all the fish you catch and take them home.
All the rods, reels, terminal tackle, live bait, and lures will be ready for you when you arrive, and the captain will also clean and fillet your catch if you want him to. What you should bring on your trip are only your fishing licenses and the food and drinks of your choice.

Half Day - Bay Trip (AM)
Great guide!
James went out of his way and took extra time out of his day to make sure we had a great day of fishing. He was great at coaching us and my eleven year old daughter on different techniques so we were all catching redfish and black drum until our arms were tired. Limited out on black drum with 18 keepers overall, 3 big keeper reds, one just under 28". Great guy. Great guide. Great gear. Great boat. Great knowledge of the area. Highly recommended.

All you could possibly ask for in a fishing trip
We had a whole lot of fun and limited out on redfish. Captain Regini was really great. He communicated well with us pre-trip so we easily met him at the right place, right time. Very personable and helped on everything from fishing technique, redfish habits, how to catch them, clean them, grill them, etc. The fishing was initially pretty slow and All of the other boats left for other parts - searching for fish. Capt Regini knew the fish nature, was patient and before long we were catching fish fast and furious. We limited out on redfish, and took home a cooler full of filets. Bottom Line: Highly Recommended (5 out of 5 rating)

Fantastic Fishing Trip with a Unique Twist
I recently went on a guided fishing trip and had an absolutely incredible experience. The captain was not only extremely professional, but also brought a refreshing, non-traditional approach to the trip. If you've ever been on a typical charter before, you'll truly appreciate the difference — this was anything but routine. What stood out most was how hard the captain worked to ensure our trip was a success. He clearly knew the waters well and had a real talent for finding the fish. Every move felt intentional, and it paid off with a great catch and an unforgettable day on the water. The energy, creativity, and dedication made this one of the best fishing trips I've been on. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking for something beyond the usual — and I'll absolutely be booking again.

Very good day on the water
Our trip met all expevtations. Limited on redfish and got a bonus nice size black drum. The guide James was friendly & knowledgeable. He explained why we were fishing where, why what bait we were using and how to properly hook and land the fish. We couldnt be more pleased with this trip.

Excellent Redfish Trip
Tough day in the bays today but Captain James worked extra hard for us to get our limits of Reds when many others on the water had little luck. Adapts great to the fishing conditions and the bite to get fish in the boat. He is commited to his clients to provide a great trip and wonderful fishing experience!
