Captain Cole will 100% put you on fish. He’s very knowledgeable about the waters and fishing in general and will make sure you have the best time. He hadn’t even got all the lines out and we were reeling in a huge Mahi. We caught a variety of fish all day long. Best fishing trip ever and can’t wait to come back and do it again.

Captain Cole was great. The boat is built to get you out onto the fish and he knows what he’s doing. Perfect for a group of 4.

What a fishing trip! We met Cole the captain at 7am for a full day of fishing. Cole is a super chill guy. We felt welcomed and relaxed right from the time we met. He communicated well though the app and answered all of my questions quickly prior to the trip. We headed out to catch bait and got treated to a rocket launch off the cape. The rocket launch was pure coincidence but was definitely awesome. Cole took us out and put us on fish right away. We had a Mahi in the boat in the first 10 minutes. Over the course of the day we all got to catch fish. We caught several Cobia right beside the boat. This was probably the most exciting part. Seeing the Cobia swimming with a large shark was really cool. We had a great day and would definitely recommend Southern Mayhem. Captain Cole also does inshore trips on a smaller boat. Thank you Cole for a great day on the water.

Captain Cole is amazing! He is knowledgeable, his skills are on point, his boat is super fast, clean, and comfortable. If anyone out there is looking to spend a great day on the water, don’t wait - call Cole! We caught so many different kinds of fish. Captain Cole was able to answer every question we had. He gave us tips and techniques to catch more fish. We’ve done other trips in the past with different charter companies. This one is very reasonably priced. And for how fast the boat is this is one of the most affordable options. Thank you Captain Cole for taking is right to the best fishing spots in the area. We really enjoyed the fishing trip.

We had an amazing time with Captain Cole and Southern Mayhem Fishing Charters! He had us on fish within minutes of dropping lines, and the action didn’t slow down. We limited out on King Mackerel and also reeled in a great mix of Bonita, Barracuda, and even some sharks. Cole clearly knows where to go and how to keep the trip exciting. His boat is fast, smooth, and comfortable—perfect for getting us to the fishing grounds quickly and enjoying the ride along the way. We’ll definitely be booking again!

Our family fished with Captain Cole for a half day the day before Thanksgiving for our oldest son’s 21st Birthday (our kids ranging from 21-12). He was a wonderful Captain with an exceptional attitude and great personality. He taught us how to use the fishing gear and had everyone engaged in the fishing. His boat and equipment is in excellent shape. We met him at 7am and he took us offshore 13-15 miles where we started to set rods. We had caught our first fish within 3 minutes and caught our limit by 11:15. This experience with Captain Cole far exceeded our expectations for our first offshore fishing and we will be setting up a full day with him soon.

Cole made every effort to get us offshore. Sea's were fairly rugged. We stopped have way out and picked up a bunch of bait. With a storm brewing on the horizon, we made the attempt to venture off. Cole was watching the weather constantly and for good reason. He stopped and made the decision to call it off for safety. Hard thing to do and it was a good decision. Hoping to fish with him again soon.
