Whether chasing giant Halibut and Lingcod or putting you on world-famous King Salmon, there's something extra special about our home waters.

Our 34' custom built catamaran The Katilak is the perfect platform for fishing Alaskan waters. The walk around cabin and huge back deck offers ample fishing room and her large, heated cabin easily accommodates 6 passengers and all of your gear. With a cruising speed of 30 knots, you will reach the fishing grounds fast and in comfort.

Capitan Rick brought us straight to the fish! No wasted time! We caught our limit of Halibut, Black Rock Fish, and plenty of Pacific Gray Cod. This trip has more than just fishing, lots of wildlife to view. Puffin, whales, sealions. 10/10 recommend Capitan Rick on KatilaK!
Capt Rick was easy to work with. The weather in Kodiak wasn’t great on the day we were scheduled to go out. Capt Rick notified us in plenty of time and we were able to reschedule to another day. If back in Kodiak we’d schedule another chapter with capt Rick!
Great catch! Rick and George were fantastic. They knew all the right places and were incredibly helpful during our visit. Everything was well-organized and punctual, and they made sure to use every minute of our day effectively. Thank you both so much!
Caught cod, rockfish and halibut. Salmon was not in season but it’s not their fault. Saw whale , seals ,sea lions and eagles. Captain delivered our fish directly to airport .
Great Kodiak deep water fishing experience! Nice boat, nice ride despite the very windy conditions, ginger chews saved me from sea sickness!, successful spots where we caught LOTS of halibut & rock fish, salmon trolling on the way back was fun, and we even saw whales coming in. Capn & crew were very nice and welcoming especially after being the only solo guest. They pack your catch and prepare it for however you need. Would go again!

Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to trip
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 14 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Transfer to/from departure site may be available and included in price depending on your location and distance from the dock.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 50% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
