Your boat for the day is a 27’ World Cat center console that can fit up to 6 anglers. It runs on twin 225 HP Yamaha four-stroke engines that can have it reach a top cruising speed of 45 knots. The boat uses full-featured navigation technology that allows safe and quick movement on the water. It also features a portable toilet, multimedia system, an ice-box, and is equipped with outriggers and a Livewell.

Destin’s offshore fishery offers a wide selection of species you can target. To name a few, there’s Mahi Mahi, Barracuda, Red Snapper, Blackfin Tuna, as well as Triggerfish. You and Capt. Payton will attract them by bottom fishing, trolling, spinning, and jigging. You can keep all the fish you catch if you want to, and any kids are more than welcome to join your trip.

The crew will take care of all the fishing gear, licenses, and lures for the day. You can also have your catch cleaned free of charge when you wrap up. You’ll need to bring some snacks and drinks of your choice for the journey.
