Fresh N Salty welcomes you to Galveston, Texas. Head inshore to the Galveston Bay, for a memorable day of fishing. Having been working with kids for the past 28 years, Captain Lebbeus Kemp invites you to bring the young ones and let them create beautiful lifetime memories out on the sea. Wade and drift fishing are also possible, as Captain Lebbeus can accommodate serious anglers as well.
You'll fish from a 24' NauticStar center console that sits up to 5 guests and runs on a 250 HP Yamaha engine. The boat uses GPS, fishfinder, and radio for navigation, features a wireless trolling motor and an ice-box, and is rigged with a livewell.
The species you can target include,Flounder, Spotted Seatrout,and
Redfish. On light and heavy tackle, you'll attract them by trolling, spinning, jigging, popping, as well as drift fishing. You can keep your catch if you want to and you're encouraged to bring your young ones on the trip.
Captain Lebbeus will supply you with all the rods, reels, tackle, and lures, and will clean your catch when the trip's over. You'll only need fishing licenses and the food and drinks of your choice.

I was in town from Europe to visit family, so my brother and I decided to go fishing. Both of us didn’t expect to catch any fish but wanted to spend the day together. We had an unexpected wonderful time. Captain Morgan not only is a wonderful and professional person he’s an absolute legend on the bay. Captain Morgan put us right on the fish, we limited out on black drum and almost limited out on trout. All on a halve day trip. It was a spectacular day. I would highly recommend the trip to anyone that wants to spend some time on the Gulf, catch some fish and have relaxing fun day. Thank You Captain Morgan.

We had an amazing experience with Captain Lebbeus Kemp! He was extremely experienced, professional, and knowledgeable on the water. He was great with our three children, including our baby boy, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. Captain Kemp knows exactly where to go and put us on the fish so quick. We had a time we will never forget, and it was truly one of the best experiences our family has had. If anyone is thinking about booking a fishing charter with him, wait no more. He is hands down the best captain on the water!

My 6 year old son has been wanting to go on a fishing trip with me and my buddy for about a year. We finally made it happen. I picked Captain Leb because of his amazing reviews. Well, he did not disappoint. Not only did we catch a ton of fish, but he was also really patient and willing to teach my 6 year old some things and answer all of his questions. Overall, it was exactly the experience I was hoping for. I look forward to coming back and fishing with Captain Leb!

We went out with Captain Trenton after Captain Leb had a last minute booking right before us. Capt. Trenton was great and immediately put us on the fish! After a 20 minute boat ride, we cast out and I very quickly caught a bull red. My husband pulled in a nice sized black drum at the same time! We caught several more black drum, sheepshead, and lots of smaller reds all day long. We had a great day fishing with Capt. Trenton who had great tips, is very pleasant, and genuinely a great guy. We won’s hesitate to book again!

What a great day we had being together and working together to fill that cooler with yummy fish. My grandson (13) lives and breathes fishing so this was a truly special experience for him. My granddaughter (10) I was not sure she’d be into it but the moment she’d cast her line…she had a fish on! She was beaming with excitement. Thanks for helping them learn, how to keep safe from the trash fish, and how to support and work together for filling that cooler!

He has spent the last 20 years fishing as much as he could at the lakes and coast. Galveston Bay and Matagorda are his favorite fishing places, but he's fished from Sabine to South Padre. He's been an instructor, teacher, and mentor for the past 30 years, and would love to continue teaching on the water.
