We offer inshore, near shore and offshore fishing trips. Island Time Private Boat Charters is a great time on the water. Captain Pat will tailor your trip to your liking. Just let us know what you prefer and we will make sure you have an enjoyable and fun experience. Come to Orange Beach, Alabama and embark on your next sea adventure!
You'll be fishing from a 27' Sea Hunt Center console that has twin 200 HP Yamaha engines and is equipped with all the modern and comprehensive navigation technology. Features a wireless GPS trolling motor with spot-lock, ice-box, and has several live well. Also, there's a restroom inside the center console.
The species you'll target include Trigger, Red Snapper (when in season), Lane Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Mackerel, and more. To catch them, you can use bottom, deep sea, and drift fishing, trolling, spinning, and jigging, using both light and heavy tackle. It's up to you whether you'll keep (must be in season and meet size requirements) or release your catch. Kids are welcome to join aboard (minimum age is 6), just make sure to bring life jackets for them if they're under 9 years old.
Captain Pat will provide you with everything you'll need for your trip on the water. This covers you for all the tackle, bait, bottled water, as well as fishing licenses. Just bring whatever else you like and settle in for an adventure. We can accommodate up to 6 guests.

3 Hour Trip — Combo on March 13, 2026 • 3 adultsThe captain was great. We had a pleasant trip but we didn't have luck catching fish. We went to a populated spot but nothing seeme to be hitting. We moved to another location where the fish were biting for a while but they were small Pin fish. Sadly we didn't catch any dinner but we enjoyed our time on the water. The captain was very patient baiting our hooks and getting us unstuck from whatever laid beneath the water. We did get to see dolphins on our way back too. Yay.

4 Hour Afternoon Trip on April 8, 2025 • 5 adultsWe had a great time! Didn’t catch any keepers but that wasn’t our top priority. My son loves fishing and i wanted him to catch fish he’s never seen before as we live on the Great Lakes. Capt. Pat was great with my kids and helped them find fish. They ended up fishing all 4 hours when I expected them to get bored after an hour or two. We ended the trip with a pod of dolphins swimming 20’ from the boat. Kids loved it and I’m a happy Dad!

2 Hour Trip — Combo on December 30, 2024 • 4 adults • 1 childWe went out for a 2 hour trip with Pat, he was great, and his boat was great as well! He was on top of helping the 2 kiddos that were with me bait hooks, and removing hooks if necessary. He put us on top the fish, we caught a big Trigger (just an inch short of a keeper) and several big redfish (but out of season) we left empty handed, but a heart full of memories! I will definitely give him a call on our next trip to Orange Beach! Thanks Pat, you made 2 teen boys’ day!

2 Hour Trip — Sunset & Fishing on May 22, 2023 • 2 adultsWe were getting bites from the start ! We Set out a few miles off shore , the water was a tad rough but had some bites. Capt’n brought it in a bit and we started landing some lady fish , some Spanish mackerel , some pin fish and a few others . Captain Pat kept fresh bait on the hooks and he had tolerance for tumult . My girl got a lil spatter of fish blood and other fishy fluids in her face when I reeled one into the boat and she had a mini meltdown. Captain and I shared a few grins as we held back the hysterics of the situation . We got her cleaned up and she shook it off 😂. The boat was great ! It was a newer model very clean and roomy center console fishing boat. We saw quite a few dolphins during our 2 hour trip . Id recommend the trip with captain Pat .

We had an amazing charter fishing trip with Captain Pat! From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience—especially for the kids. They had an absolute blast and caught tons of red snapper and triggerfish. The trip duration was perfect for keeping the kids engaged without getting tired or bored. Captain Pat was an excellent guide and an even better host. He did a great job explaining everything, keeping things fun, and honestly did all the hard work—keeping hooks baited, lines ready, and making sure everyone was successful. We could just relax and enjoy the experience while the kids felt like real anglers. Highly recommend Captain Pat for families or anyone looking for a fun, successful, and stress-free fishing trip. We’d absolutely book again!
Pat was very accommodating and flexible with our group. We initially thought we were going to the Gulf but it was pretty choppy so we decided to stay on calmer waters. He put us on fish immediately and at one point all 3 of us had fish on our lines at the same time. Highly recommend booking with Pat!

my friends and I had a great time. Our original date was extremely cold, so he worked with us to change it to a more comfortable date. He moved us around to some really good spots where we caught 16 finish in 2 hours. Overall, great experience.
We had a good time on the boat. Pat is easy to get along with and easy to talk to. The fishing is hit and miss but that’s just fishing. Pat gave us some good options for supper after the trip as well.
