This was my sons first time fishing off shore and it was a wonderful experience that makes us want more. Captain Joe optimized our fishing experience by never sitting idle and always putting us on fish. He knows all of the best spots to go and is extremely knowledgable where to go to catch the fish that are hitting. We totally recommend captain Joe for all levels of experience. We all were very successful and he made it fun everyone. We can’t wait to go again and catch more fish.

This was our first time utilizing this charter service. Had a fantastic experience. The Captain and first mate were top-notch and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the local waters. The captain informed us upfront that the striped bass fishing had not been all that great recently, and was very honest in that regard. That said, we were able to get into the stripers and successfully landed several of them, one of which was a keeper. we also caught a nice bluefish and some black sea bass as well. All things considered, I would definitely utilize this charter again and we were very happy with our experience.

Captain Joe & his son (Josh) were friendly, professional & experienced fishermen. I’ve been fishing for many years & still learned so many great tips from Joe. Fishing for strippers was a first for our group & definitely gives you a work out. Wish we had more keepers to bring home but there was definitely no shortage of fish. Joe makes sure that a rod is in your hand for the max time possible. He didn’t hesitate to change spots if the fish stopped biting. We brought home over 4lbs of filets bt stripper & sea bass. My recommendation in the future is to have the fish descaled & gutted & bring the fish home whole.

Ok so I’m a long time fisherman, 40 years in Florida , I decided I was going to take my two young grandsons out fishing . I did some research and when I came across captain Joe I and his love to teach I knew I i had the right person . Our 1st reservation to go out wasn’t looking good(weather ) and captain Joe thought it best to reschedule for our enjoyment and safety, he gave up the money so we could have the best experience!! Going out is how he makes his living yet he choose us FIRST!!!!!!!! We went out on another day and it was picture perfect, captain is a real comedian and made us laugh the whole time. Ok I know this isn’t always the case, but we caught 25 stripped bass and 6 sea bass, we put all back except 4 sea bass. Strong believer only take what you can eat and so is captain Joe and his AMAZING first mate, his son! This is a PERSONAL tour and as soon as you get on the boat you’ll see that! From this point forward captain Joe and I will have many many more trips,THANK YOU CAPTAIN!!!! P.S. we reeled in so much fish my arms where we’re breaking and he’s so funny he wouldn’t let me stop! We had an AMAZING time on our charter. We booked this as a surprise for our 10 year old son, as he has recently taken a liking to fishing. Captain Joe and Josh, the first mate, made our trip so enjoyable. They were so attentive to our son, as they knew this was his first sea fishing experience. We were all successful in catching fish and had an overall excellent day!
