Great company, great time. Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We weren’t going to let that dolphin have your trout. However, the dolphin did seem pretty upset that we yanked her dinner away from her.

Great father/daughter trip!

We had an awesome trip today on the water! We (My daughter & I) had the opportunity to fish with Brett for the afternoon! It was my Daughters first time on the water and she appreciated Brett’s guidance, patience and excitement when she caught her very first red fish! I myself caught the biggest trout I have ever seen. Brett had great hospitality and knowledge as well as enjoyable to be around. Looking forward to our next trip to the coast with the whole family! Thanks again Brett! -Jeremy

Full day bay fishing with Capt Brett

Booked a full-day trip w/Popper Down Charters for my son and me in early Jun '23. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Caught a lot of fish, but only had one keeper trout--that's how it goes sometimes. It was delicious, nonetheless. Capt Brett was exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable...my son learned more about fishing and boating in 8 hours than what I taught him in all of his 14 years! I appreciate the Capt using his background in education to teach both of us far more about the area, fishing, and boating than what we showed up with. Saw a lot of dolphin and other sea critters up close, too...still wondering what that fish the size of a small submarine was! Great weather, not a lot of fishing pressure, and seeing my boy grow up a little that day was worth every penny. Would book this again in a second...Thanks, Capt Brett--we thoroughly enjoyed it!

I enjoyed my trip throughly with Captain Brett, He is so knowledgeable and funny, The weather was fabulous, I caught redfish, trout, and we used live bait, lures ,and cut bait, He has a ladder for the ladies, and comfortable seating, and a top you shade you from the sun. I saw sting rays and redfish swimming in the water. It was a clear day.He cleaned my fish for me. He had all the tackle and gear ready to go.He gave many many tips I did not know. We sang, laughed , fished, and will t e member my trip forever. ThNk you Captain Brett.
