We had an amazing time. Capt Joe was great. The communication with him before the trip was excellent and so was the conversations we had during our trip. He recommended things for us to do on our vacation to make it more memorable, and we took his advice. The fishing was so much fun and caught some really nice fish. We highly recommend using him if you want to have a good time and catch some fish!!

Captain Joe was amazing! Took my 11 year old son out on his first charter for some big fish and Anglers Edge did not disappoint! Captain Joe went above and beyond anything that I could have expected! He taught my son so much and we are already discussing booking again in July!

My husband caught 8-10 smallmouth bass including one that weighed 5 lbs 6 oz. I was not able to bring a fish in although I hooked a couple. The technique Joe uses is very different than the way I am used to fishing. He tried very hard to explain but I just couldn't do it correctly. The trip was enjoyable and it is fun to say that we fished on Lake Ontario since we are from Texas!!

Joe is an outstanding captain and guide. Joe called about three days before the trip, shortly after the booking, and wanted to know the experience of my group, what we were looking to do, and any limitations we had. He checked in with us each day to let us know updated plans. He sold me on getting my Canadian license to give us full roam of the river. With the fish we caught I am glad I did. He was great with my son, who has very mild autism, and taught him how to fish properly. We caught a lot of bass, 24 in all, and had a great time. He took lots of pictures and made sure my son had an amazing time. Top notch boat with amazing electronics.

My son and I wanted to do some winter fishing, so we booked a trip to Niagara river with Angler’s Edge. Our initial trip was postponed due to weather. Joseph was informative and accommodating. When the trip happened about a week later, we had good (for December) conditions and Joseph taught us the tricks of river fishing. We caught steelhead and brown trout, and we did a couple different fishing methods. 10/10, would recommend Joseph for your Niagara fishing trip!

Our son has always loved fishing. His grandfather would take him locally to the river but my son never had the opportunity to go fishing off a boat. So wondering what to give him as a gift for high school graduation the light bulb went off and we thought how about a day of chartered fishing! That’s when we went on our search and came across the positive reviews and booked with Angler’s Edge Outdoors. We do not regret it. Captain Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable on our trip. We are looking forward to booking other adventures and catching other types of fish as the seasons change.

Had a great experience fishing with Joe. He really strived to make it the best experience for our grandson. The catch was slow in the morning but Joe kept switching our fishing spots till he found one that produced a number of exciting catches for everyone in our party. Went the extra mile to instruct our grandson on proper fishing techniques.

We had alot of fun, caught a bunch of smallmouth and a walleye. Lost a couple fish but still exciting nonetheless. Will be going back later this year for sure 🙂🎣🙂
