Captain Joseph Srouji will take you to beautiful Lake Ontario and the Niagara River and see that you have the best chance of making a great catch. The choice of fish you can target is big and the nature in this part of the state is mesmerizing. Join the captain in Youngstown and have a great time fishing!
Your vessel for the day is a 22' Lund aluminum fishing boat big enough to fit 3 anglers plus your Captain.The engine it uses is a 350 HP Mercury that will quickly take you to your fishing spots. The boat uses GPS, fishfinder, and radio technology for efficient navigation and is equipped with a livewell.
The lovely freshwater species you and your guide will chase include Rainbow, Lake, and Brown Trout, Walleye, Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass, as well as Chinook and Coho Salmon. The wide choice of available fishing techniques allows you to bottom fish, troll, spin, and jig, all using light tackle. Kids are welcome to join aboard so they can fall in love with the water early in their life. Alcohol is not allowed during the trip. Although you can keep the fish you catch, the captain encourages you to preserve the fishery whenever you can.
Captain Joseph takes care of all the fishing tackle, live bait, and lures, but you are free to bring your favorite rod. The captain can also clean and bag your catch, completely free of charge. Before you depart, just bring your licenses and some food and drinks.

We had an amazing time. Capt Joe was great. The communication with him before the trip was excellent and so was the conversations we had during our trip. He recommended things for us to do on our vacation to make it more memorable, and we took his advice. The fishing was so much fun and caught some really nice fish. We highly recommend using him if you want to have a good time and catch some fish!!

We had a good time with Captain Joe fishing the lower Niagara and Lake Ontario. We each caught more than a few nice sized fish. This was our first charter of any kind and it is definitely something we will do again. Joe made everything easy and had everything we needed.

Captain Joe was amazing! Took my 11 year old son out on his first charter for some big fish and Anglers Edge did not disappoint! Captain Joe went above and beyond anything that I could have expected! He taught my son so much and we are already discussing booking again in July!

My husband caught 8-10 smallmouth bass including one that weighed 5 lbs 6 oz. I was not able to bring a fish in although I hooked a couple. The technique Joe uses is very different than the way I am used to fishing. He tried very hard to explain but I just couldn't do it correctly. The trip was enjoyable and it is fun to say that we fished on Lake Ontario since we are from Texas!!
