Captain Kicen's Guide Service
Captain Kicen’s Guide Service welcomes you on a fun-packed fishing experience in Florida. Starting out of St. Augustine, you’ll have the chance to explore the area’s inshore and nearshore waters, reefs, flats, rivers, as well as backcountry waters. Captain Kicen Gardner will guide you to the best spots and help you land a great catch. He’s accustomed to fishing this part of Florida in all circumstances and is eager to share his passion and knowledge with you. Hop aboard and make memories on the water!
The boat you’ll be using is a 25’ Dorado bay boat. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and runs on a 300 HP Mercury engine. The boat’s equipped with navigation electronics, a wireless trolling motor, and a livewell. You also have an ice-box to store your fish.
The techniques you and the captain can use to catch fish include fly fishing, spinning, and jigging, using both light and heavy tackle. The wide choice of available species allows you to chase Goliath Grouper, Mangrove Snapper, Tarpon, Blacktip Shark, Snook, Black Seabass, and more. Kids can join your trip and you’re allowed to keep the fish you catch.
If you want to fly fish, you’ll need to bring your own gear. Otherwise, Captain Kicen provides all the equipment, bait, snacks, drinks, licenses, and even catch cleaning.
Spend a day on the water with Captain Kicen’s Guide Service and have fun chasing fish!
