Red Door Charters – "Pearl"
Spend an adventure with Capt. Bob, a knowledgeable and experienced guide, on board 'Pearl' offering plenty of room for 12 anglers to mix it up. We go for multiple species and 10 to 12 hours has been our average fast-paced trip!
Your fishing machine for the day is a 48' Landing craft newly equipped with brand new Yamaha 350 motors - after two season trying to run with failing diesel outboards, which were a disaster for Red Door and many customers. Never again!!!
Pearl has inside seating for 12 people and can accommodate up to 16 on private bookings. She's equipped with downriggers and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet and shower on board for your convenience. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures and bait.
Capt. Bob, the owner, and operator, has replaced his previous Debra Kay boat with Pearl - a beautiful 48' Landing Craft, so see last year's reviews here on FishingBooker for Debra Kay.
Local waters are known for Halibut, Black Rockfish, Yelloweye Rockfish, Coho Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, Ling Cod, Pacific Cod, and more. You're likely to troll, jig, and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. For the more adventurous among you, there's ultra-light 'Slow Jigging' equipment on board.
HALIBUT FISHING CLOSURES for 2026: All Wednesdays and Tuesdays closed!
However, Halibut limits will not change!... One halibut 26' or less and one halibut any size per fisher per day.
** Halibut commission has imposed a $25 halibut stamp fee per fisher per day. We have them on board and stamps must be paid and assigned at the dock…

The ship was very clean. The Captain and crew were fabulous, very friendly and were patience with us who had no idea how to fish. We had 2- 10 year old kids with us, it was a very memorable trip. We wanted to watch our children snd grandchildren to catch fish and we did!!

Great experience. Captain and crew were amazing. The boat was incredible. The fishing gear was all perfect. We've done several fishing trips but never had a an experience as good as this one. Highly recommend.

thank you, Jimmy
Had a great time out on the water with the family. We saw some Whales and Ocras. He took us to calm waters which we appreciated. His deckhand was great as well. Both super helpful and had good vibes as well.
Capt Bob and crew were engaging and very helpful. Always on top of every situation and help every angler. We caught Rockfish and halibut.
This is the boat to go with if you are wanting to catch fish and have a good time. We will definitely be going again with them.
