my wife and bonus kids have never been ocean fishing, they spent most there life up West Texas. i grew up in FL and lived in CA for many years. we had a great time. everyone got to reel in a fish. Captain Josh was awesome, super knoweleable of the area and just plan fun to talk with. I would have gone a full day but you know kids they loose interest after a while whether your catching or not.

Awesome trip. A bit windy but we made it work. Caught a barracuda bigger than anything we've caught in Minnesota. They filleted it for us and we took it to the restaurant next door where they cooked half for the four of us and we had enough to take back for another meal. Thanks guys!

Brought back several keeper Mahi's which were delicious that night. Josh, was very personable which made the trip enjoyable. Weather was bad inland, but the captain did an excellent job keeping us dry the entire trip offshore.

We headed out with the family for a fishing trip with captain Josh and with in the first 30 minutes had 3 Spanish Mackerel in the box. We trolled to the wreck and saw plenty of turtles, dolphins, and blackfin tuna on the way. At the wreck we hooked up in seconds but had a hard time getting them up fast enough past the sharks. The FISHERY WAS ON FIRE. We then headed in to a closer spot where the kids caught plenty of yellow tail, porgies, grunts and several on their species on the menu. We had a blast and had plenty of fish for our hook and cook immediately after. I would highly recommend this captain, crew and boat.

Captain Josh was very friendly and personable. We had fairly rough weather and he gave us the option of staying in close to the keys in calmer water or head out into the open ocean with bigger waves. We chose the ocean and theybwere fine braving the waves with us. Josh put us on fish right away. I told then my goal was to catch a shark and all day we worked towards catching one, but the 3 we had got off the hook. We saw a nice sized hammer head, a sea turtle , and lots of varieties if fish species. I went with my retired dad and Josh and Nick were great about accommodating his bad hip. They set him up to fish from sitting on one of their coolers. We would absolutely go out with these guys again.

Captain Josh and Mate Mark were excellent! Stormy Monday morning, so Josh offered to switch to Tuesday and gave us many suggestions for other activities. Tuesday was beautiful, calm seas made for a very enjoyable trip. Josh and Mark answered our many questions. We caught mahi and snapper, saw dolphins and more. Suggested cook your catch at Tonio's, which was fantastic! Highly recommend!!!
