Capt. Ira will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 5 to 10-hour trips as well as overnight and custom trips mainly fishing for Haddock, Tuna, and Cod, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, fly fishing, big game fishing, kite fishing, and spinning. As seen on the Wicked Tuna show, Capt. Ira delivers the goods!

Your fishing adventure starts on a 35’ Harris boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers. This boat comes with a toilet and an ice-box.

All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip. The boat will be supplied with snacks for your pleasure, be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to bring your own.

Captain Ira and mate, Erica, are Awesome!

Summer special !!!! on August 28, 2025 • 2 adults

I booked a half day surprise birthday, father's day, anniversary trip for my husband, and in his words, "It was one of the best surprise gifts ever!" Hospitality and knowledge of the salt water fishing around Cape Ann was amazing! F/V Annie M was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Captain Ira and Erica let us be completely involved throughout the whole day. We caught all the bait fish, mackerel, whiting, etc. to use for the shark and tuna fishing. My husband is a very skilled fisherman, so they gave him free reign the entire trip. Baiting hooks, helping to rig the shark and tuna lines, keeping the live well stocked with fresh bait, and reeling in a big blue shark! We truly felt like we were part of a fishing crew. Thank you Captain Ira and Erica for such a wonderful day!

From the moment we stepped aboard, their hospitality and expertise set the tone for an unforgettable day. The boat itself clean, spacious, and clearly outfitted for serious fishing. But what truly made the experience stand out were the conversations. Captain Ira and his wife shared incredible insights into local fishing, stories from past trips, and a genuine passion for the ocean that made the day feel personal and authentic. The fishing was excellent—everyone in our group caught plenty, and the excitement never let up. My customers were thoroughly impressed, and we returned with a generous haul of fish, all expertly cleaned by the captain before we left. Amazing 10 Point Charters 4th of July Fishing Experience

5 Hour Trip – Groundfish on July 4, 2025 • 5 adults

Our adult family of 5 had a fabulous time fishing on the "Annie M" with Captain Ira & First Mate, Erica. Directions of where to meet and what to expect were easy to follow. Captain Ira responded quickly to any questions or concerns. My only recommendation to others woud be to stop for restrooms prior to getting to the meeting point, as there are no facilities on site there. Of course, there is a "head" on board but if arriving early to the meeting place you may be glad you stopped earlier.😁 I had made a prior request that we were looking for Haddock and was not disappointed! We came home with many pounds of Haddock and a few other fish. There were some Whiteys, a flaky white fish, I had not heard of and look forward to trying. We had a great time, the weather and company were perfect! If you are thinking of reserving 10 Point Charters, don't wait as it books fast during the summer months. Just in case, there is a very generous cancellation policy. We highly recommend 10 Point Charters!! Thank you!

We had a great time catching maceral pollock, haddock cod, redfish, mud, hake, long eared, sculpin,and whiting looking forward to taking you out further next time for even more adventures

Terrific Experience

Kids Fun trip on July 2, 2025 • 2 adults

Went with my son, daughter and 3 grandchildren (ages 6, 9,9). This was the grandkids 1st experience deep sea fishing although one had fished before in a barrel. As a grandfather, I looked forward to this event for it brought back memories of my own childhood. In response to his question of special requirements, my reply was I hoped to have a fish fry that evening! We caught over 9lbs of fish. We took the 3 hour Kid’s fishing trip and Captain Ira and Erica were so attentive and enthusiastic and we all caught fish. The grandkids asked for this to become an annual event. Over the next few years, I hope to work our way up to tuna fishing. Ira and Erica are the “best” ! Thank you!!

Went for my birthday; it was great!

Summer special !!!! on June 23, 2025 • 4 adults

We booked the charter for my birthday with my best friend and our wives. We caught a ton of mackerel and haddock and a few striper using the mackerel as live bait. We also saw some big tuna jumping not 20ft from the boat and a massive basking shark that swam right under us! Captain Ira is awesome too! My party fishes a lot, but he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and knew all the good spots. There were points where my arms were getting tired from how many fish we were getting. As soon as we dropped, they were biting (and he said it was a slow day!). I absolutely recommend Captain Ira. He's going to be our go-to guy next time we're up for a charter!
