Seabattical Charters – Inshore 

The Seabbatical is a family-owned and operated local boat based in Southport. Captain Adam isn’t a native, but he married into a local family and became hooked on fishing soon. A little boat led to a larger boat, which led to a larger boat and then to a captain’s license. Adam used to spend his summer vacations fishing on the beach or off a pier as a youngster. He seldom gets the chance to go out on a boat, so he understood the excitement and freedom of the sea. Captain Adam and his mate (and brother-in-law), Robert, are looking forward to sharing their excitement with you.

You’ll be fishing on a 21’ Aquasport that accommodates up to 3 guests. This bay boat is powered by a 115 HP Suzuki engine and reaches a speed of 35 knots. The vessel features navigational and safety gear, a live bait tank, a cooler, and a multimedia system for your favorite playlist. The crew has made sure that this boat provides a safe and comfortable ride.

All trips you find here are short, inshore trips, perfect options for family-friendly adventure or first-timers casting. You’ll target Redfish, Flounder, Black Drum, Trout, Sheepshead, and even Shark if you’re lucky. You get to keep the catch and the captain will clean it for you after the trip free of charge.

All fishing equipment is included in the price.
