Cliff’s Chinook Charters 

I took my two small boys on their first ever fishing charter for salmon, and it was a remarkable experience. Cliff was quick and responsive when booking. Daryl took us out and was an awesome guide. He was very knowledgeable of the area and ensured we were catching fish non-stop. We were fortunate enough to see grey whales in the distance most of the time we were fishing. Myself and my kids both rate the experience 5 stars.

Cliffs Chinook Charters and Capt. Skylar took my son and I out for a 1/2 day PM trip and couldn’t have been happier with the results. We ended up hooking 15 fish and getting 12 on the boat (7 Chinook, 5 Coho), taking two nice Coho home for dinner that night. Capt. Skylar had us on fish right away, five minutes after arriving just north of seal bay my son was reeling in his first fish and it was pretty crazy for a couple hours of non stop action. After about three and half hours we were tired from reeling them all in, incredible day made our trip from Michigan for sure. Weather was great, saw seal lions, harbor seals and an eagle along the way. Highly recommend this charter, great communication, excellent knowledge of the waters and getting fish in the boat. If you want an awesome experience book this charter for sure.

Darren took us out for a charter and we couldn’t be more pleased. He was informative, super friendly and extremely knowledgable. As we were catching the end of the season, we were not expecting as good of a day as we had. We caught a few Coho and Chinnoks, with one chinnok averaging 14lb. Many bites and a few lost, but a great day of it. Darren knew what spots to go to and knew when to leave them. We even saw humpback Whales and some Seals! Couple 28 & 30 from Wales, UK 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Fantastic day on tje water. Our guide Darryl put us on fish was extrmely knowledgeable and made sure we had all the information needed to catch and land fish as well as keeping us safe. I would do it again with Cliffs Charters in a heatbeat. Made my trip west well worth it.

It was our first time deep sea fishing. Captain Daryl was wonderful. We caught many fish but only got to keep 2, Daryl extended our trip hoping we would catch more. The kind gesture was greatly appreciated. Our group range age from 9 to 64. We all had fun. Only thing was that there were only 3 seats. One of us had to stand. Overall great experience and I would book again and again. Highly recommend 👌

Everything was well organized, the guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and the experience overall was fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a fun and relaxing day on the water.

The captain was fantastic (we went out with a contracted captain not the owner). He worked very hard to put us on fish and was very patient with the two first timers in the group of four. We limited, but even if we hadn’t it would have been a great day on the water. The captain knows his business and he was one of the most pleasant charter boat captains I’ve ever fished with. I’m going to book with him again and that’s the best endorsement I can offer.

This was our second year going out with Cliff's Charters and the second time captained by Daryl. He is amazing and was a big part of our enjoyment and success.

My friend and I took my son and his friend for an afternoon trip and hoped to catch a few good Chinook salmon. Skyler is a young guide, but very experienced and knowledgeable as well as friendly and helpful. He steared us to a deep area where the larger fish would be at around 300 feet. We caught 3 we could keep. A 4th we caught was a few centimeters too small. We also lost 2 large ones as they got close to the surface. We all had a great time and believe this experience was a good value and we will book again in the future with Cliff.
