Play Time Charters is located in Midway and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters.
Capt. Jason will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 3 to 10-hour trips, mainly fishing for Redfish, Cobia, Amberjack, Barracuda, Black Drum, and Seabass, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, and spinning.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 31’ Contender boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip. The boat will be supplied with drinks for your pleasure, be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to bring your own.

I booked this charter and I am ao happy I did. Jason is very professional and has an abundant of knowledge on where the fish will be. My next trip will be with Jason and his dad out to the wrecks. My son will.be.with me next time and it will be an 8 or 10 hr trip. If any one meets a quick response time to Jason and his team will have an answer. I asked where the fish are? He said I will take you to them. He knows what fish will be.in an area in accordance with what the tide schedule is. I would recommend this trip to all my friends or anyone that's ready to catch fish.

Captain Jason was great! Saw to our needs and then some. We all caught fish (four different species) and were never without bait or any help needed. Can’t wait to go again! Would highly recommend.

10 Hour–Snapper Banks / Navy Towers
8 - 10 towers & reefs
For starters they took us on last minute, treated my daughter and friend with upmost respect and care. They knew exactly where to geaux and what they were hungry for. The boat was a gem, she was able to handle chop and swell perfectly. They were able to put us on a great variety of fish, Cobia, King Mackerel, Vermillion Snapper and even a few Red Snapper which we carefully released bc out of season. I have to say even the Marina guys were very friendly and helpful! Overall the experience was a great one and would surely charter with them again!

6 Hour Trip with Capt Jason
If you want to catch fish, this is the trip for you! Capt Jason and his dad were the BEST fishing duo. We had advanced anglers as well as first time offshore fishermen, and both had an equally amazing time! Caught red snapper, sea bass, squirrel fish, grouper, blue fish, maybe a few more I’m forgetting. Such an amazing, perfect trip and we will DEFINITELY be back!!
