Captain Nik did a great job finding fish for the girls. The girls were comprised of mother and five daughters. This was the first time they fished Lake Michigan. Captain Nik taught the girls how to use the equipment. He did such a good job that they were able to catch 10 salmon.
Captain Nick was great and our charter was outstanding start to finish. We had two king salmon in the boat before sunrise!
We went salmon fishing out of Grand Haven, MI, with On the Line Charters August 30th. Captain Nick and Colin did a great job. They were very efficient. They had 13 lines in the water and we had 16 fish on the line. We boated 7 Chinook salmon, 3 Coho salmon and 2 Steelhead. We had a great time and the guys were really nice. We will be back.
I’ve been in Colorado for 15 years and definitely miss fishing on the Great Lakes. Capt Nik had us on fish right away and we had a great morning. Ended up 9 for 10. Thank you again Capt Nik. I look forward to seeing you again on my next trip back to Michigan.
