Captain Nik was a big part of making our family fishing experience a great adventure! It was our first time on a chartered boat, and he did not disappoint, we had a fish on a line within 5 minutes, then a few more back to back! From managing and setting all the poles to letting us know instantly when we had a fish on, to cleaning the fish and bagging them up to go in the end. What a thrilling time as a family out on the water! Thank you Captain Nik!

Captain Nick and his first mate understood the assignment.  He put us on the fish first thing in the morning.  My wife and I caught our limit of Salmon.  I’ve been around the block a few times in my 65 years and Nick is a very good fisherman.  He used all his resources and never quit trying different techniques and changing baits.

Great trip.  Captain Nick is very knowledgeable.  He knows where the fish are and does everything possible to ensure that the fish end up in the boat.  He can even tell the size of the fish by touching the line.  I would recommend using his charter.  Price reasonable.  Go for it.  You never know when a fish might jump to get onboard.

Captain Nik was awesome and did a great job putting us in the best positions to catch fish. The experience was very good and had a lot of good conversations on the boat. Would recommend this to anyone looking to get some salmon on Grand Haven!

While we did not catch a ton of fish, we left with 6 king salmon, including an 18-pounder! Captain Nik was in constant contact with other boats, trying to get us to the best places. Unfortunately, the water was cold, and the bite was overall slow. However, Nik everything he could to give us the best experience. We enjoyed our morning and will go back!
