Our trips target a variety of prized offshore species, including Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Swordfish, Kingfish, Grouper, Cobia, Amberjack, Tilefish, Red Snapper, Snook, and more when conditions allow. Depending on the season and what's biting, you may be trolling, bottom fishing, drifting, or using light tackle to put fish in the boat.
Your adventure takes place aboard the **Smokin' Fish**, a 42' Viking offshore sportfishing yacht built for serious fishing and a comfortable ride. She accommodates up to six guests and is equipped with quality electronics, outriggers, downriggers, a private restroom, and all the rods, reels, tackle, bait, and lures needed for a successful trip.
Our experienced captain and first mate work hard to make every trip safe, enjoyable, and productive. Your fishing license is included, and the mate will clean your catch so it's ready for the table. Gratuities of 20% are customary and greatly appreciated for their hard work.
Families are always welcome, and we love helping kids experience the excitement of offshore fishing. We recommend bringing sunglasses, a hat, bottled water, and non-spray sunscreen. You're welcome to bring additional drinks, and alcohol is permitted in moderation. Just avoid glass bottles.

We had 4 adults and 2 kids on this charter and it was the best experience. JJ (1st mate) was amazing! He took the time to answer and explain anything we asked about. We really wanted to learn about offshore fishing and JJ was so friendly and informative with all our questions. Captain Chad definitely got us on the fish which was a great experience for all, everyone got to reel in so many fish and we had 5 keepers. Was a great experence for all and the added bonuses where access to a bathroom on the boat and we had the option to get inside a covered area that had air conditioning. Was the perfect trip and we will definitely book smokin fish again!

I have to start off by saying Cartian Chad and First Mate JJ are awesome. Them guys are super cool and made my son’s birthday trip amazing. We felt like if we knew these guys forever. Next I have to say I’ve been on quite a few charters and at different locations around Florida and this was definitely the best one. I told Captian Chad I wanted to put my son and his friends on some big fish and he delivered. Everyone had a blast and this will definitely be our go to charter from now on. Caught 4 very good size Mahi Mahi. Also caught 2 smaller size. Also caught a Bonita that gave a great fight! Captain and First Mate were amazing especially with my 11 year old nephew who caught the largest fish. The trip would suit any age. The Boat is amazing and had room for all. Very Comfortable Boat. Even for the women (nice bathroom for a boat. I am local and have taken charters from Canaveral and Ft. Pierce and I will only use this boat in the future especially if we have the same crew!!

What an incredible day on the water! This was our kids very first offshore fishing trip, and it exceeded every expectation. Captain Chad and First Mate JJ were absolutely fantastic. The fishing was unbelievable- we caught wahoo, sailfish, kingfish, mahi, and snapper. The action seemed nonstop. This will be a family memory we will talk about for years to come. We cant wait to book again with Captain Chad and JJ.
This trip will definitely be one that we remember with you guys. Such a great day and a beautiful catch. We had Lady Luck with us in the boat. Cant wait till next time.
My sons and I had a great time on this trip. We hooked into a couple of nice Mahi-Mahi and spent some time bottom fishing and brought in mangrove snapper and grouper. Overall great experience on the boat with a freindly and knowledgeable crew. You can also tell they have pride in their boat which exceeded our expectations. If we are in the area again I will certainly look to book again with them!
