These waters are known for Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Cobia, Tarpon, Vermilion Snapper, Mutton Snapper, King Mackerel, Snook, Wahoo, Black Grouper, Blackfin Tuna, Tilefish, and more – with any luck, they’ll make your reel scream. For these species, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Dexter can also help you try kite fishing.

Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!

You’ll find yourself aboard a 25’ Contender center console that can carry up to 4 passengers. It has outriggers and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

It’s recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
