Captain Andrue Ordonez is here to get you on some fish, and to make sure you have fun doing it. You'll be using techniques like bottom fishing, trolling, fly fishing, big game fishing, drift fishing, jigging, popping, spearfishing, and spinning, depending on what you're going after. As part of their 8-hour trips, you can target species like Mahi Mahi, Yellowtail Amberjack, Roosterfish, Marlin, Tuna, and Snappers, depending on the season and weather conditions.
Your adventure begins on board a 21' Triumph boat that can fit a maximum of 4 anglers. The boat is fitted with an ice box for you to store all the fish you catch, and the crew will even process and freeze it ready for your flight.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are also included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Snorkeling equipment is available for free and spearfishing equipment on request.
You'll find, drinks,on the boat for your convenience, but you're always welcome to pack your own drinks and snacks should you want to.

we decided to fish the islands clos to villa del palmar. we traveled about 8 miles and started fishing. within 10 minutes we ha our first fish on, a nice cabrilla. we ended up catching the cabrilla 2 snappers, 2 triggerfish and a 30 pound class yellowtail. next time im in loreto i will definitely book with salt dawg charters.nice boat, good equipment and great captain.

First time out here fishing in Loreto and decided to go with Salt Dawg. All I say that it was an experience! The captain and crew was great. They put us on multipe mahi mahi and on my very first marlin! I am definitely booking Salt Dawg again for future fishing trips and not looking anywhere else.
Great experience, the captain was easy to talk to. We caught some dorados and a marlin. The captain would take our fish to a local restaurant where we would eat it. I recommend Salt Dawg if you want a great offshore fishing experience.

They know where the fish are! Great Yellowtail action and bottom fishing bonus. We saw whales, dolphins and sea lions ( boat side on the sea lions as they were Yellowtail fishing as well). Captain and crew were knowledgeable and friendly. All in all a great fishing adventure.
