Based in Oswego, right on the shores of Lake Ontario, Black Jack Charters offers to show you what the local fishery is all about. Capt. Matt, who'll be your guide for the day, has spent over a decade exploring these waters. He's eager to share some of his knowledge with you, and, of course, put you on some fish.
Depending on what's biting at the time of your trip, you'll be going after species such as Brown and Lake Trout, Steelhead, as well as Salmon and Walleye. Trolling is the name of the game when it comes to targeting these fish, which makes Capt. Matt's trips suitable for anglers of all skill levels.
You'll be fishing aboard a 33' Trojan express cruiser, built to handle the Great Lakes. It fits up to 6 anglers and comes with an enclosed toilet, and an ice box to store the catch. The fishing gear is also included in the price, but you'll need to get a fishing license prior to your trip.
There'll be a first mate on the boat with you, helping you with anything you need throughout the trip. For his efforts, leaving a tip is customary. Since the trips range from 6 to 8 hours, make sure to bring some food and drinks to keep your energy up. Children are welcome aboard, in case you want to bring your little ones along for the ride.

We Booked our trip last minute and the Blackjack charters delivered. Captain Chris and Tyler were great! WORKED the waters and almost seem to want to catch the fish almost more than we DID! Great time

Captain and mate were awesome, worked hard to get us on fish. We moved from where they had caught fish in the morning to offshore so we could catch fish. We ended up with 7. They are great with kids also.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 30 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
