Your adventure will take place on a 75’ Ditmar Donaldson offshore sport fishing boat. This big and powerful vessel can comfortably take as many as 70 guests, ensuring lots of fishing and relaxing space for everyone. The boat is powered by twin 400 HP John Deere engines and is equipped with GPS and radio electronics for quick and safe movement across the water. The boat also features a toilet, air-conditioning, as well as other amenities to make the trip even better.

Common catches in these local waters include Calico Bass, Rockfish, Halibut, Sheephead, Barracuda, California Yellowtail, and more, depending on the season. The techniques you can use to attract your prey include bottom fishing, big game fishing, trolling, spinning, and jigging on light and heavy tackle. You can keep the fish you catch, and the crew can even fillet your fish for a nominal cost.

The charter rate includes unlimited bait but the rest of the fishing equipment is up to you to bring. Western Pride offers rod rental for $22-$40 per person and tackle set-up for $15-$18 per person). The crew also offers Gunny sacks ($3 each), and a CA fishing license ($20.56). All this amounts to around $55 per person on top of the ticket rate.
