We are located at 255 Lore rd, Solomons MD. Are season starts May 1st thru December 10th.
Come on aboard with Capt. Christopher, whose main priority is to get you on some fish. Expect to use techniques like light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, jigging, and spinning, based on the species you're targeting. Speaking of which, you have the option of 4 to 9-hour trips, where you'll be fishing for the likes of Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Bass, Perch, and Cobia, depending on the specific season and the day's weather.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 42' O'Neal Jones boat that can safely take up to 16 anglers. This boat features a toilet and an ice box. All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing.
As for fishing licenses, everything will be taken care of by the captain so you don't have to worry about it. You'll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip.
Children are welcome aboard so you're good to get the young ones started early. Capt. Christopher runs trips together with his first mate, who's there to help you with whatever you may need. Tips are always appreciated for a job well done.

Though we were unsuccessful this outing and getting any fish, Captain Chris and crew worked hard for us to do so. It isn't t the first outing where I spent a day on the Bay without getting fish. Bay and weather conditions were suboptimal but we felt the effort at trying to find the fish, and tge attention to our comfort and needs was commendable. If it was easy they would call it catching.
I wish everyday could be a banner day out on yhe water!! my offer still stands!!
We booked MistyBlue with Captain Chris we had a ball clean boat and bathroom..we went to multiple spots. we started off slow but the captain was determined to find the fish and he did. he even gave us extra time to fish since we started off slow JOB WELL DONE CAPTAIN CHRIS AND HIS FIRST MATE!!!!

Best captain and mate. We constantly fish in the area and this trip was the best by far. Very nice crew on board. They really take care of you. We were 15 guys caught about 150 fish. Very relaxed fun atmosphere. Highly recommended

We had a great time on Misty Blue Charters. The fish weren't so cooperative, but we still had a great time. The captain tried to put us on the fish with his knowledge of the bay. When things slowed down in one spot we'd move to a different spot. The first mate did all that a first mate was supposed to do. We didn't catch a lot of fish that day, but that's fishing. We still had a great time and plan on going back again.

I started fishing with my dad when I was 7 years old. During the fishing trip, he would put me in the helm seat and point to a landmark and tell me to steer for it. He would then handle all the lines. As I got older, I progressed into more of the role of the first mate. By the time I was 14, I was running the back of the boat taking care of all the fishing equipment. Besides working for my dad, I also mated for several captains on the dock. I took a break from fishing for a few years to serve my country in the US Navy. Once I was out, I continued my fishing career with my dad who owned and operated the Feathers. When I wasn't fishing, I was a career firefighter for Montgomery County MD. I retired at the rank of Master Firefighter. I bought my first charter boat in 1992. I am now on my fourth. She is a classic Chesapeake Bay Deadrise, built in 1958. I had the hull completely fiberglassed in early 2022. This is the first boat I am restoring since my father passed.
