Depending on the season, you might hook into Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Mangrove Snapper, Gag Grouper, Tarpon, Spanish Mackerel, and whatever else is biting.

Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself spinning, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. John also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.

Trips with Tampa Bay Fishing Adventures are child-friendly, so get 'em offline and onto the water! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!

You'll be fishing aboard a 24' Bay boat that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water.

Capt. John will supply rods and reels for you. Live bait will be on board ready for you to get the big ones!

There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

It's never a bad idea to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid glass bottles.
