6deep Charter Fishing is USCG-licensed and is located in Gulf Shores and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters.
Capt. Bill aims to tailor every trip to your specific needs, so let him know what you’re after! Depending on the trip and species, you’ll be using techniques like bottom fishing, fly fishing, drift fishing, and popping. You’re looking at 2 to 4-hour trips, where you’ll usually go after the likes of Redfish, Spanish Mackerel, Flounder, Jack Crevalle, Speckled Trout, and Black Drum, depending on the weather and time of year.
Your boat for the day will be a 24’ Kenner 23V that fits up to 6 anglers at any one time. The boat comes with an ice box and a wireless trolling motor.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. The captain will supply all the needed fishing licenses for your trip.
You can keep anything you catch, as long as it’s legal to do so. This is a children-friendly charter, so you’re welcome to bring your kids on for a fun fishing adventure.

5 Stars! An Unforgettable Fishing Trip! We had the most amazing time on our private fishing trip! We caught tons of fish and had so much fun out on the water. Captain Bill was outstanding — he truly made the trip one to remember. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we were in the best spots to catch fish all day long. Our 15-year-old son absolutely loves fishing, and this trip was a dream come true for him. He loved every minute! Captain Bill was AWESOME!
Me and two of my daughters booked an afternoon quick trip (2 hours) but the weather did not cooperate with our plans. Captain Bill let me know in plenty of time though and we were able to do some shuffling and switch our trip to the next morning. It was a great time for me and the girls! Captain Bill put us on the fish and we came in with a limit of Spanish mackerel and had an absolute blast! Highly recommend and will definitely book with him and 6deep Charter Fishing again!

Captain Bill rocks!
Had a great time with Captain Bill today! Group of 6 including a 10 year old and hauled mackerel all morning. Captain Bill worked his butt off making sure we had bait and line on/ready to cast. All we really had to do was cast and reel them in. We did the 4 hr trip in the am, and it was a perfect mix of cool and warm weather Completely out of Bill’s control, but this is an off shore trip and the waves could be a bit much if you’re not used to boat life. HIGHLY recommend and we will be back next yr! Thanks so much Bill

Absolutely Awesome
There were 3 of us on this trip. Me, the adult and two teenage boys. It was all of our first time and Captain Walsh and his deckhand Brooks were great from the start. We did the two hour quick trip and the boys were getting hits almost instantly. Captain Walsh and Brooks were very knowledgeable and had great communication and personalities, even though we all were SEC foes! Will definitely book with them the next time we are in town!
