The captain has over 20 years of experience guiding and charter fishing along the entire gulf coast from Destin to Texas, and now Biloxi including places in between! Charter Boat Family Tradition can't wait to see you on your next adventure.
The boat you'll be fishing from is a 25' Tidewater Carolina Bay center console made in 2022. It can take up to 6 guests, runs on a 300 HP Yamaha engine, and uses GPS, fishfinder, and radio electronics for quick and safe movement on the water. The boat also comes with a wireless trolling motor, an ice-box, and a livewell.
On your trip, you and the captain can catch Jack Crevalle, Mangrove Snapper, Blacktip Shark, Sheepshead, Flounder, Redfish, and other fine species. You'll be drift fishing on light tackle to attract your prey and you're free to keep your catch.
Captain JJ encourages kids to come fishing. Join him out there and show them what nature has in store beyond everyday life.
Live bait and tackle are provided for you, as are fishing licenses and fish cleaning. Bring nothing but the snacks and drinks of your choice.

Thank you Family Traditions for making Family Traditions with my 12 year old son JP and his mom. He out fished us but it was worth every penny. 2 hrs he wll never forget. 11 fish one 2.3lber specked trout. and his friend jg caught 5 Mom and me caught 2 a peice. Thanks again.

The boat was super nice and very comfortable. Captian JJ is a seasoned fisherman and it showed. Straight forward guy. He had plenty of poles ready to go. Enjoyable and relaxing experience and caight a good mess of fish! 100% recomend.

We had an outstanding time with Captain JJ. He was super nice and made sure that all 4 of us were in the water with fresh bait at all times. Our group had a 5yr old and a 77yr old fishing without any issues and wvwryone caught pleanty of fish.
