Spend the day with Unwrapped Outdoors and discover what fishing in Lawton is all about! Captain Derek focuses on a quality experience for all anglers and creates a time on the water that everyone can enjoy.
Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Crappie, Northern Pike, Sunfish, Yellow Perch, Smallmouth Bass, Bowfin, and anything else that bites. You can expect to do some spinning, trolling, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Derek also offers fly fishing and will include the necessary gear.
You can keep the fish you catch within size and bag limits. Catch cleaning is available, so you can take your fish home to eat. You can’t go wrong when you bring snacks, drinks, sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and a hat. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but avoid hard liquor and glass bottles. All river fishing is catch-and-release only.
Capt. Derek welcomes you aboard a 16’ Aluminum fishing with room for 3 passengers. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself. Trips with Unwrapped Outdoors are child-friendly. Before coming aboard, you’ll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group.
Your trip with Unwrapped Outdoors is just a click away, so why not make it happen?
