Nick’s Salty Adventures
Book your next trip with Nick's Salty Adventures and find out what makes the fishing in Belleair Bluffs so unique. With Captain Nick at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Tripletail, Blacktip Shark, Goliath Grouper, Sheepshead, Hogfish, Mangrove Snapper, Gag Grouper, Scallop, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Spanish Mackerel, Lane Snapper, and more could be biting if you cast your line at the right time of year. You'll target your catch by light tackle fishing, drifting, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Any fish you catch are yours to take home, provided they're within size and bag limits. Catch cleaning is available, so you can take your fish home and throw it right into the pan. Now that's dinner!
Your trip begins aboard a 26' Catamaran with room for 4 passengers. It has outriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it ahead of time so you know if you'll be catching it yourself. There's no need to buy a fishing license, which means all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach! Some essentials you'll want to bring are sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask.
Your trip with Nick's Salty Adventures is just a click away, so why not make it happen?

We had an incredible day out on the water with Captain Nick! My 10-year-old son and I were really excited for some deep sea fishing, and he absolutely delivered. He’s super personable and incredibly knowledgeable about the local species, so not only did we catch a ton of fish, but we learned a lot along the way. What really stood out was how relaxed and fun the whole experience felt—it was less like a paid excursion and more like spending the day fishing with a friend. Captain Nick created a very relaxed vibe on the boat, and it was a perfect morning out at sea! If you’re in the Clearwater area and looking for a fantastic fishing experience, I highly recommend booking with him. As a bonus, we even got to enjoy some fresh sashimi once we docked—an fantastic finish to a perfect day!

Thank you guys for spending the morning on the water with me! Dockside sashimi was a hit!!!

i told Captain Nick i really wanted to catch a hogfish and I caught several! Captain Nick put us on fish all day long on an 8 hour trip & definitely didnt disappoint. we caught 8 or 9 different species and when we were sll done and fish cleaned he even recommended a fantastic catch and cook restaurant!

Thanks for spending the day and I look forward to the next adventure!

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Captain Nick had us on fish within seconds of us dropping bait. We fished multiple spots and were able to catch 10+ different species. Ultimately came back with enough to feed 4 for multiple days. Highly recommend!

Thanks for coming out guys look forward to the next time!

Nick really knows what he’s doing. Was an off day of fishing for most captains. Nick worked hard to get us on the fish. And it paid off. Came home with a boat load. Extremely happy. Would highly recommend him. I’ll definitely be back

Thank you guys for spending the day on the water with me! look forward to the next adventure.
My wife and I scheduled a half day trip with our two grandchildren (10 & 15)and we couldn't be more pleased. Nick was great at communicating with us throughout the experience. His boat was immaculate and the equipment was top notch. Nick was very friendly and shared his vast personal knowledge with us throughout the day. He put us on fish from the time our lines hit the water! June weather in Florida can be fickle and Nick's knowledge and concern for the safety of my family are to be commended. I personally like to thank Nick for a great day and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a charter in the Clearwater area!

Thank you! Enjoyed the time we had out there! Look forward to better weather the next trip!
