Painter’s Guide Service – 18’ 

Painter’s Guide Service invites you on a guided fishing adventure on the Siletz, Alsea, Umpqua, and other Central and North Oregon coast rivers.

Come on aboard with Capt. Kelly, whose main priority is to get you on some Steelies. Expect to use techniques like spinning, doing mostly bobber dogging or bobber and jig, depending on the day’s conditions. During the 7-hour trips, you’ll be fishing for Steelhead Rainbow Trout. Are you up to the challenge of chasing your dream trophy Steelhead?

You’ll be fishing from an 18’ Clackacraft boat with enough room for up to 3 anglers at any time. You’ll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip. Since rods, reels, and terminal tackle aren’t included in the trip’s price, please bring your own or contact the captain about renting options.

Fishing licenses aren’t included, so make sure to get them before the trip. Bait isn’t included in the trip price, so check with the captain about what your options are before the trip.
