These waters are known for Mangrove Snapper, Cobia, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Great Barracuda, Red Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, Lane Snapper, Gray Triggerfish, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Gag Grouper, Blacktip Shark, Amberjack, and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself!
For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using heavy tackle.
The fish caught are yours to keep, provided they're within size and bag limits. Catch cleaning is available, so you can take your fish home to eat.
You'll be casting lines from a 26' Dusky with space for 4 passengers. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
Kids, age 7 and up, are welcome, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!

He put us on fish right away and had us catching fish almost as soon as the boat quit moving. Also love the techniques he uses. 20+ pound snappers for 6 hours straight. I would have posted more pictures but everyone was too busy reeling fish in to take pictures.

Boat was good, and captain was excellent. I've been on many charters, and this captain is worth the money, and the good experience. We caught snapper, cobia and a nice variety of edible fish, and had an outstanding time. Highly recommended!

Captain Chris was fantastic, very personal & knowledgeable. He took us to two different locations where caught dozens of fish, a lot of them keepers. We wrestled with many big fish that took a while to land. We had an exceptional day of fishing, thanks Captain Chris!

What are the trip rates for Snap Decision Charters?
- US $500 per group - 4 Hour Trip – Sharks (4 hours)
- US $650 per group, additional US $50 per person after 2 guests - 5 Hour Trip (5 hours)
- US $850 per group, additional US $50 per person after 2 guests - 8 Hour Trip (8 hours)
Which amenities are available onboard with Snap Decision Charters?
- Toilet Marine toilet, looks the same as your toilet at home. Located in center console - open door and step down into console. Uses s a manual pump flush, nothing too complicated. Due to Coast Guard rules, toilet can only be used 3+ miles from shore.

New Smyrna Beach native, grew up on the Intracoastal waterway learning to fish for Trout, Redfish, and Snook. I got my first boat at the age of 14 where I expanded my knowledge of the backwaters of Edgewater through Oak Hill and the flats of Mosquito Lagoon. As I got older I was able to get bigger boats which lead me offshore where the broader variety of larger fish made me want to primarily spend my time off the coast outside of Ponce Inlet.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
