Capt. John is here to get you on some fish, and to make sure you have fun doing it. You'll be using the spinning technique on your trip. As part of their 4 to 7-hour trips, you can target species like Crappie, Walleye, and Bass, depending on the current season and weather conditions.
You'll be fishing from a 21' Caymas boat with enough room for up to 3 anglers at any single time. It also includes a wireless trolling motor.
The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you'll need for a productive day on the water. Please make sure to buy a valid fishing license ahead of time.
You'll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip.
The price of your trip also includes complimentary drinks, but you're welcome to bring your own. Please let the captain know if you have any questions or special requests.

Captain John was awesome. He picked us up from our dock in the morning which was very convenient. We caught several types of species like Yellow Bass, White Bass, small Striper Bass, White Drum, and Blue Catfish. Fun boat and everything was provided for a satisfying fishing charter. John was very helpful with bringing fish on the boat and de-hooking. My two sons and I would definitely call on Captain John again, on our next visit to Tennessee.
Took our grandchild out for 1/2 day of fishing with John. Equipment was first rate, his expertise and knowledge exceptional and everyone caught loads of fish. A day none of us will forget. Outstanding!!

Knocked out a 4hr trip with John this morning at Watts Bar….overall it was a great experience. we caught a good amount of bass and stayed busy. having the opportunity to learn from a pro angler was an added bonus. John was very friendly, accommodating, and made it a fun experience. Plus, the boat and gear were top notch

During our half day trip, each of us caught about 15 fish including large mouth bass, yellow bass, white bass, catfish, and drum. Capt. Murray gave excellent instructions and provided us with all our tackle. He removed most all the fish from hooks for us and never slowed down on showing techniques to improve our fishing. All his equipment was clean and in good working order. What a wonderful time we had! I strongly encourage you to sign on with Capt. John Murray.
Had a beautiful morning on the water. The lake and scenery was amazing. Catching fish was a bonus.
