Your guide Todd specializes in fly fishing for Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Brown Trout, Cutthroat Trout, and more. He offers ice fishing trips in the winter and light tackle and fly fishing for Trout in the summer. The fish caught are yours to keep, so long as they’re within the legal limit.

Capt. Todd runs an 18’ Bass boat that holds up to 2 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Todd will supply rods and reels for you. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.

Before coming aboard, buying a local fishing license may be required. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! You’ll want to bring a hat, sunglasses, drinks, snacks, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation.

Captain Todd Martinson is, in fact, a teacher. Because of his teaching experience, he can explain methods and techniques to clients in a comprehensible and amicable manner. He started fishing when he was a toddler spending the summers learning the ways of the fish in Tomahawk, WI. Fast-forward 40 years later, he now specializes in fly fishing and travels nationwide, fulfilling his passion. Join him for a trip you'll remember for years to come!
