Walleye, Sauger, Northern Pike, and more could be biting, depending on when you go. On these trips, it's common to troll and bottom fish using light tackle. Any fish within the legal limit are yours to take home. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Make sure you have a cooler ready in the car!

Dutch's Fishing Guide Service welcomes kids aboard. Children must wear life vests, so make sure to bring your own. It's recommended to bring snacks, drinks, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). There will be bottled water on board. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Your adventure begins aboard a 20' Dual console that can carry up to 3 passengers. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures.     We had family in town for a wedding, specifically a 10-year old from Texas who wanted to catch a walleye. From the minute I booked, Captain Mark was responsive and kind, and kept in constant communication about where to meet and what was included. The guys caught so many fish and had a number of “keepers” that he cleaned and filleted, and we cooked up for dinner the next night. We highly recommend this charter for anyone looking to catch fish on Lake Pepin and the Mississippi. Thanks, Captain Mark!

    We had an incredible day on the river with Captain Mark. We caught fish and learned so much. We enjoyed the experience even when the weather and river levels did not cooperate. Mark was flexible with us as we had to make changes related to the river conditions and the weather (lots of rain this year). Thanks for a great experience. We will be back
