There’s a fish with your name on it in Nipigon and Hot Take Angling will help you catch it! With Captain Ayden at the helm, you’ll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Local species include Brook Trout, Northern Pike, Lake Trout, Muskie, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Brown Trout, Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, and more. On the day of your trip, you’re likely to use light or heavy tackle. Capt. Ayden also offers fly fishing on request.
Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. How’s that for fresh seafood?
Your adventure begins aboard an 18’ Alumacraft aluminum fishing boat with a capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures.
Before coming aboard, you may be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
A few items to bring include sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks included on board.
