Corpus Christi has a fish with your name on it, so let Sea N Spots Guide Service help you catch it! Captain Jason Thornton will be your guide, offering years of professional experience.
Black Drum, Flounder, Redfish, Sheepshead, Speckled Trout, Spotted Seatrout, and more could be biting, depending on the time of year. During the trip, you might be spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Jason can also have you Flounder gigging.
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. It’s always wise to bring snacks, drinks, sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
You’ll be fishing aboard a 23’ Shoalwater Cat that holds up to 5 passengers plus the Captain. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Capt. Jason will provide rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live and fresh dead bait is included
Before coming aboard, you may be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Awesome Experience

Captain Jason is awesome not only is he very knowledgeable and experienced but hes very kind and patient. we got some huge monsters my fav was my 32β Black Drum we released back. As a 1st timer i didnt know what to expect and OMG the experience blew my mind. We cant wait to go back on spring break.

In all the years I lived in TX, I never once had a fishing license or went saltwater fishing. Quite embarrassing considering I lived in Corpus Christi for 10 years prior to moving to NM. However, Captain Jason was not only patient with me as a newbie to saltwater fishing, he was incredibly patient and kind with my 2 grandchildren, ages 10 and 8. Both grandkids rated our saltwater fishing trip as one of the top highlights of our trip to Corpus. My grandkids were not nervous on the boat at all. By the end of our fishing trip, both were casting their own lines and hauling in their own catches. My grandson even caught a redfish big enough to be tagged! I would highly recommend fishing with Captain Jason, especially if you have kids that might be a little apprehensive about fishing out on a boat.

Capt Jason was so great today! My husband booked us this trip for our oldest daughter for her 17th birthday and surpassed what I thought our experience would be like. He's knowledgeable, taught us a few things, very easy to talk to that's huge, and friendly to his other guide friends. I do not fish let alone catch anything and today I caught 2 drum, 2 red, and 1 trout. This is huge for me. My daughter also caught her first trout and drum. It was a great day and he's a great guy. Definitely want to book with him again.

We were having a girl trip with my niece and granddaughter and with Captain Jason help and patient it was successful! Captain Jason texted me 3 days ahead with all the details I needed but lo and behold I did not read the full textπ¬. I thank God because he was so patient and respectful a perfect guide for this senior citizen. We did catch a giant red fish and it was sooo delicious!!! The Black Diamond cooked our fish perfectly. So yes we had a very successful weekend π
