Depending on conditions, you might hook into Striped Bass and anything else that bites. You'll target your catch by light tackle fishing, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Any Striped Bass within the legal limit of 5 per person is yours to keep. The captain offers catch cleaning and filleting for an additional cost.
Your boat for the day is a 24' Angler Qwest pontoon boat with space for 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. Your captain will provide rods and reels. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Trips with Playin Hooky Fishing Guide are child-friendly, so get 'em offline and onto the water! It's always wise to bring snacks, drinks, sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Just be sure to avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.

We Caught Big Fish
The trip with Captain Ronnie was excellent. He picked us up exactly on time, we only boated a short distance, and we started catching stripers. Captain Ronnie took care of everything--rods, reels and bait--and provided great stories between getting the fish onto the boat. I really liked his boat, too. It is a tri-pontoon boat with lots of room so that you can move around, and it has comfortable seating. Since it was cool this morning, he even had transparent curtains that kept the wind off of us. All in all, a very pleasurable morning fishing.

My son and I had an awesome day with Captain Ronnie. Caught the limit! He knows the best spots and has the right equipment. Great conversation with the captain. He even drove us back to our hotel!! Highly recommend.

Captain Ronnie is the BEST!
We really enjoyed the trip with Playin Hooky! Everyone had a wonderful time! My Grandson said it was the best fishing adventure he had ever been on! We will be going out again for sure! We caught plenty of fish! Captain Ronnie sure knows how to make you feel at home! 😃
