These waters hold game fish like Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Sailfish, Blue Marlin, Bonito, and more, depending on when you go.
For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Capt. Conch Charters welcomes kids aboard, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!
Your boat for the day is a 35' Offshore sport fishing with a capacity for 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
Don't leave home without sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

They helped us out alot and were very skilled at their job. The crew had the best personalities, it just made it that more fun! i highly recommend them to beginners and well experienced people because they are that good at their jobs!! The one thing that stands out is even if you never have fished before they make you feel at ease and show you what to do and they dont rush you.I cant wait to go again. This is the fourth time we have gone and each time is awesome!

We did an afternoon trip and caught a 50lb trophy King Fish and enough Snapper and Yellow tail to feed 15 people with left plenty left over. Captain was an expert on the area and recomended we go somewhere completely different than expected. Defintily the right call. In total we probably reeled in 100 fish including 2 sharks. Would highly recommend the Conchenstein, we’ll definitely be going out on it again next time we’re intown.

Then we did some shark fishing and caught an azong 10+ ft hammerhead. They were both super knowledgeable and not afraid to change things up when the conditions indicated. I highly recommend them!!!

Half Day Trip – AM on July 11, 2024 • 3 adultsFirst time with Capt Steve and Stan the man as first mate! What an amazing crew .. kind of a slow day in the water. Caught two small mahi’s, a rainbow runner, and three bonitas. We trolled most of the trip which made what little fight we had even less of a fight. Was hoping to do more live fishing- but Steve and Stan explained that fishing a a bit slow. Still had a great time. Took our catch to a nearby restaurant and had an unbelievable lunch! If I were to do it again, I would book direct or do more research on Facebook. Paying $900 plus tax and surcharge for credit for such a small bounty is insane. Tipped the mate $180 - he did a great job despite only catching 6 fish in our 4 hour tour.

The crew is super nice and friendly, I was running late and they waited to make sure I got there. There was only small fish, but it’s expected because it’s the slow season. The first mate Ricky was great, super informative, and he took care of everything to make sure everybody was comfortable. The captain navigated the rain and waters great. I would very much recommend the trip for people who want to experience it
blue water fishing was slow so we decided to go for yellow tail snapper.first mate gave us instruction and all of us started to hook up and bring in our limit.great tasting and enough to share with other traveler's at the restaurant afterwards blackened and fried.i have done shared charters before in key west and i have always got out on the water with this company and keep coming back.
