Bolhas Tours are based out of the Sesimbra Marina, just 50 minutes drive south of Lisbon in what is known as one of the best beach towns in Portugal. They operate all year round and offer deep sea fishing and snorkeling tours in beautiful surroundings on the Atlantic Ocean.
Their 32' Teaser offshore sport fishing boat was specifically to tackle the area's waters. It is powered by twin 200 HP Volvo engines and is fitted with top of the range electronics by Simrad, including a GPS, fishfinder, radar, and sonar, as well as a Navicom DSC VHF radio. The boat has a covered area to protect you from the elements and it is fitted with an enclosed bathroom. There is a live bait tank on board, and downriggers are included for the best fishing experience.
Bolhas Tours use a variety of techniques on their fishing trips, including trolling, bottom fishing, jigging, and using handlines. They target a variety of species, including Red Sea Bream, Gilthead Bream, Sea Bream, Red Snapper, Croaker, Courbine (Meagre), and Swordfish.
Their all-inclusive trips don't only include the use of all the tackle and bait you'll need to target this diverse fishery, but also give you the chance to sample local cheese, wine, and other snacks. Please note there is a limit to the number of fish the clients can take home at the end of the day.

Great trip, awesome crew, put us on a lot of fish. Captain and crew were awesome with our kids and they all had a great time!! We would 100% use them again!!
Myself and 3 friends had a trip today with Bolhas whilst visiting Lisbon. I can honestly say it was such a brilliant experience. Sesimbra itself is really easily accessible from Lisbon, only around 30 euros in an Uber and a lovely picturesque town. Pedro is a great guide - he took us to a spot where we caught an abundance of different species and his passion and knowledge of the local area and it's fish is unrivalled. On top of this, he's a really friendly and all-round nice guy who you can have a laugh with whilst fishing! I'd say a trip with Bolhas is a must do for anybody visiting Lisbon. They will ensure you see a totally different but equally wonderful side of this beautiful part of the country. Couldn't recommend it highly enough - we had a great time!

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 1 day before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
