Having logged many hours on Lake Michigan, Captain Ryan will share his experiences and knowledge with your group.
Brown Trout, Lake Trout, Steelhead, Coho Salmon, Chinook Salmon, and more could be biting, depending on the time of year. For these species, you will be trolling using heavy tackle.
Trips with Lured In Sportfishing are great for kids, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
You'll be dropping lines from a 31' Rampage performance fishing boat with room for 6 passengers. It has downriggers and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 25-30% tip.
You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but please avoid glass. There is a strict no-smoking policy on board.

Great trip and crew. Booked a four hour evening trip. Stayed out more than 4 hrs and got us our limit! They explained everything well and were great to work with. Will definitely book again in the future!

We went out and had an amazing trip, we caught multiple species and made our limit by end of the night. The captain was very hands on and knowledgeable and kept us on the fish even with suboptimal conditions.
