Make the most of your time in Port Isabel and go fishing with Blue Fly Adventures. Captain Brandon will be your guide, bringing aboard years of sportfishing experience.

Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Snook, Flounder, Tarpon, Jack Crevalle, Blacktip Shark, Black Drum, and more could be biting if conditions are right. You’ll target your catch by spinning, popping, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Brandon also offers fly fishing.

Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!

Your boat for the day is a 21’ NewWater Skiff that can carry up to 3 passengers. It has all the essentials. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures.

You might need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect. A few items to bring include sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
