Bill consistently put us on large fish and numbers. I thought I was an east Texas bass fisherman that knew everything, I was wrong, Bill is the one who knows everything. Incredible watching and learning from his pattern recognition. He moves when you need to, and stays when you should. Big fish, numbers, experience, and a guide you can spend all day with and have an incredible trip. Could not have asked for a better outing. The multifaceted knowledge is far superior than a company that owns 4 boats and hires only ‘decent’ captains (experience and time on the water speaks for itself). I hope whoever sees this review books the trip with Captain Bill, there is not a better option.

Our family recently had the pleasure of embarking on a deep sea fishing adventure with Captain Bill. As parents of three teens, we began the day not knowing what to expect but then ending the day with a boatload of memories, sage fishing wisdom, and a surprisingly large catch of fish that we got to take home and eat. From curing seasickness, to helping us finally catch the “one the kept getting away”, Captain Bill was the ideal guide. His patience, humor, and kindness, was exactly what our family needed to put us at ease on the high seas.

We had the absolute best time with Bill! He is so knowledgeable and helpful! He was so kind and great with our kids! This was their first experience and he made it a great one! Unfortunately the waters weren’t in the best conditions for fishing thanks to the recent hurricane but he still made it fun and we still had some great catches! I will always recommend Bill and cant wait to go back out again!

We had the best outing today! We met at 6:30am and by the time we anchored shortly after 7:00, the kids were immediately reeling in fish! We caught close to 100 fish as a family of six in four hours! The weather was beautiful, Bill and Will were so friendly and helpful, and it was an awesome outing! If we make our way back to Orange Beach, we will definitely book again!

Bill is very knowledgeable on where to go, how to reel them in, and about pthe fish we caught. A family friendly trip, we took our kids. They caught Mangrove snapper, White snapper, Red drum, Grouper, Spanish mackerel, Hard tale and Lady fish. Dolphins also joined along for a bit which our youngest loved seeing. We did catch and release for our trip.

Captain Bill put us on fish all day long. Bill and deck hand Will keep you ready to go and engage with everyone to make sure its a fun time. We caught a lot of fish and several different species. A great captain who you can tell really enjoys putting the people on the fish. We will definitely be returning customers.

Great fishing trip! We caught a bunch of red snapper, which was what we wanted. We had to drive a little further to find them as it had just rained. Capt Bill was excellent. He communicated well beforehand. During the trip he explained everything we were doing and worked to ensure we had a good time. Highly recommend.

We had the best day fishing! We caught alot of fish! And a few keepers. Captain Bill is the best! He knows where the fish are and how to catch him!

Captain Bill was awesome. Kept us on the fish the whole time. Our kids had a blast. Captain Bill even gave us tips on cooking our fish we caught. Would definitely recommend Captain Bill to anyone wanting to go deep sea fishing. When we go again, we'll be using It's a Good Day Charters.
