McBride Outside Guide Keystone Lake

Spend the day with McBride Outside Guide Service and see what’s biting in Mannford!

Depending on conditions, you might hook into Striped Bass, Hybrid Striped Bass, Catfish, White Bass, Paddlefish, Crappie, and plenty more. On the day of your trip, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light tackle.

If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own.

Capt. Trent runs a 22’ Predator center console that holds up to 6 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Trent has rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect. It’s recommended to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks provided on board.

Three hour trips are a fun trip if you have other things to do that day or if you just don't want to be on the water for 5-6 hours. These trips are great in the summertime so you can get a few hours of fishing in before the heat and wake board boats and jet skis take over. Some of the best fishing in the summer months are at the crack of dawn.

I've been obsessed with fishing since 1977 when I was 6 years old. I've fished all over Oklahoma, the East Coast, the Gulf Coast, and the southern part of the West Coast. I've fished the Great Lakes as well. I can't wait to meet you and share a wonderful day together.
