McBride Outside Guide – Skiatook Lake
McBride Outside Guide Service is your ticket to the stunning waters of Skiatook.
The fish in these waters include Hybrid Striped Bass, White Bass, Catfish, Crappie, and more with any luck. On these trips, it’s common to use light tackle.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are also a good idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
You’ll be dropping lines from a 22’ Predator center console boat that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, it will be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect. It’s never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
The click of a button is the only thing keeping you from a great day on the water with McBride Outside Guide Service!
