Outta Line Fishing Charters
Make the most of your time in Oak Island and go fishing with Outta Line Fishing Charters. Having spent many hours on these waters, Captain Jonmichael can tell you all about the local fishery.
These waters are known for Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, Black Seabass, Blacktip Shark, Great Barracuda, and more. On these trips, it’s common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Now that’s dinner!
Capt. Jonmichael welcomes you aboard a 30’ Contender with a capacity for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.
Young ones are welcome, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Don’t leave home without snacks, drinks, sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.
How often would you rather be fishing? Go on and turn that daydream into a reality with Outta Line Fishing Charters.
