Hook'in Hogs Fishing Charter – Ranger
Hoping to catch some fish in Geneva-on-the-Lake? That's what Hook'in Hogs Fishing Charter is here for! Captain Mike will be your guide, which means you'll tap into years of sportfishing experience.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Walleye, Yellow Perch, and whatever else is biting. During the trip, you might be light tackle fishing, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
You'll step aboard a 19' Ranger with a capacity for 4 passengers. It has downriggers and all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work. You might need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Some essentials to bring are bottled water, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Go ahead and treat yourself to a day on the water with Hook'in Hogs Fishing Charter.

If there is one thing to say, it is that Mike knows where the fish are. We were able to catch our limit in no time. It was a good thing, because my wife was getting pretty sick due to the large waves on the day we went. It was much appreciated the care that was taken for her. Every attempt was made to make her comfortable and without that the trip could have been a complete disaster. Instead we made some memories and were laughing about it shortly after getting back to land. If you want many large fish, a captain that loves what he does and takes care of his guests, then go with Hook’n Hogs.

It was a rough day wave wise but for newlyweds, they made the best of it. Good luck on your journey
Captain Mike was amazing! Right from the start you feel like you're with a friend. Super patient and knowledgeable, went right to the fish and when they started biting it was pretty much nonstop the rest of the time. Great energy! Would absolutely choose Captain Mike again so we can hook some hogs!

Erin, your crew is one my favorites so far. It was like fishing with friends of 20 years rite from the start of the trip. GREAT energy and participation all the way to help cleaning fish. Bella is a natural. Looking forward to you guys making this a yearly trip. FISH OONN FISHONFISHONFISHONFISHONNNNNNN
It was an absolutely amazing trip! From the minute I booked the trip Mike was kind and helpful sharing best practice tips to prepare. For first time boat/lake fishing I could not have asked for a better experience! Mike made sure we were comfortable, showed and explained valuable tips, made the trip exciting, and sparked a new dream for a teenage boy. I couldn't have asked for a better trip... And I can see this being an annual tradition!

It was an absolute pleasure to have you and your son on my boat to fish. I can't wait to see you guys next year and hear all about your son's fishing experiences.

The Hookin'Hogs walleye trip was great. The Captian had a great system down and got us on a lot of Walleye. He also provides a cleaning service and cut the meat well if you wish to take the fish home to eat.

Love the the smiles. FISH ONN
This was the best fishing charter we have ever had. Captain Mike was perfect very knowledgeable and his boat was amazing. We caught tons of hogs and recommend him to everyone. “Fish On”

Best bass fishermen I've had on my boat. You guys didn't try to set the hook 1 time. I enjoyed taking you and your son out to fulfill another fish on your bucket list. FISSSH OON!

I went Walleye fishing a few years ago with some friends and was hooked! I purchased a few different boats until I found what was perfect for me and learned as much as I could as fast as I could. I decided to get my captain's license. I really enjoy taking people fishing and passing on the knowledge that I have learned to my customers. To me, taking people out fishing is all about the customer enjoying the day on the water, and catching fish is the reward. I am not a turn-and-burn charter to go out and get the limit of fish as fast as we can.
