  Great trip!!!

GOL Def AM PRIVATE CAST or TROLL on October 10, 2026 • 6 adults

We booked a 6-hour charter with Captain Mike on October 10, and given the time of year, we were hoping for decent weather and a couple of fish each. Captain Mike exceeded our expectations! He was knowledgeable and informative while setting up all the gear, patient with our questions, and worked tirelessly throughout the trip to ensure we had a successful day on the water. Thanks to his hard work and expertise, we ended up filling the cooler with our limit of walleye! We had a fantastic time, learned a lot, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Captain Mike and will definitely be booking another charter with him in the future!

  Wonderful family trip

GOL DEFIANCE Fish & Sunset Cruise on October 10, 2026 • 3 adults

My girls and I had a fantastic time reeling in almost a limit of Walleyes. The girls had never fished from a boat before and Capt Mike made it dun for them while teaching them the ropes. He even taught them a special song to get the fish to bite! 🤣 All in all, Capt Mike went above and beyond to make this trip special. Definitely, will go out again with him and you should too.

  Bachelor’s Party

GOL DEFIANCE Fish & Sunset Cruise on August 29, 2026 • 6 adults

Had an awesome time on this trip for my buddy’s bachelor party! The captain was great, the whole experience was a blast, and we put some fish in the boat. It was the perfect way to spend the day with the guys and made the bachelor party even more memorable. Definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking for a great time on the water! 🎣

  Fish on!

GOL Def AM PRIVATE CAST or TROLL on July 30, 2026 • 5 adults • 1 child

Captain Mike took me and my family (including my 6 year old daughter) out following some rough windy/weather and made Lake Erie eye fishing look easy in challenging conditons. We boated a limit of perfect eater fish (16-23” for all 5 of us). You can count on Mike (Hookin Hogs) for a great, family friendly fishing adventure!

  Fanastic trip

GOL Def AM PRIVATE CAST or TROLL - 12:00 PM on September 12, 2026 • 5 adults • 3 children

We took our grandsons and our friend on a great excursion with Captain Mike! Caught walleye immediately. Geneva-on-the-Lake, walleye capital of the world. Mike knew exactly where to find the biggest fish in the lake. Big recommendation!
